Important Notice
By participating in any promotion hosted on this website – www.wearebehindyourproject.ie – you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering. Participation in any promotion on this site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Overview
This is an online promotion operated by Topline Group, with its registered office at Naas Industrial Estate, Naas, Co. Kildare (“the Promoter”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to promotions run exclusively on this website – www.wearebehindyourproject.ie – and administered on behalf of Topline.
Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Individuals who are directors, management, employees, or immediate family members of Topline, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or associated agencies or companies are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Details
General
Topline will host promotions on this website featuring a range of prizes. These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions hosted on this site by Topline. The specific details for each promotion, including dates, prizes, and participation requirements, will be set out under “Current Promotion Details” within these Terms and Conditions.
Current Promotion Details – Topline Promotion
This promotion runs from 28th May 2026 to 14th June 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
To participate, customers must purchase any participating paint product in a single transaction in any participating Topline store listed in Schedule 1 during the Promotional Period.
All purchases and receipts must be dated within the Promotional Period to qualify.
Participants must upload a valid receipt showing the qualifying purchase to the promotional website.
Receipts must:
Be dated between 28th May 2026 and 14th June 2026
Be from a participating Topline store listed in Schedule 1
Clearly show the qualifying paint product purchase as listed in Schedule 2
Only purchases of participating paint products qualify for entry. A list of participating products is available on Schedule 2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the product purchased is included within this list.
Each valid receipt submitted with a qualifying purchase will count as one entry.
As part of the entry process, participants must complete a genuine test of skill, consisting of a written response demonstrating skill, judgement and creativity, of up to 100 words”
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter and will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Relevance to the question
Creativity
Originality
Clarity
Each entry will be scored against these criteria, and prizes will be awarded to the highest-scoring entries.
At no stage will winners be selected at random.
3. Entry Process
To enter, customers must meet the qualifying purchase requirement as set out in the Current Promotion Details above and upload a clear image of their receipt via the promotional website.
Internet access is required to participate.
Receipts must:
Be dated within the Promotional Period
Show the retailer’s name and store address
Clearly show the qualifying paint product purchase – see schedule two for full list of qualifying paint products.
4. Validation and Rejection of Receipts
The Promoter reserves the right to reject receipts that cannot be validated. Reasons for rejection include but are not limited to:
Receipts that fail anti-fraud measures
Illegible or incomplete receipts
Receipts that do not show a qualifying paint product as listed in Schedule 2
Receipts for products not included in the participating product list
Receipts from stores not listed in Schedule 1
Duplicated, reused, or altered receipts
Receipts not corresponding to the Promotional Period
The Promoter is not responsible for delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries.
5. The Prize
1 x €7,500 Topline voucher for complete house repaint
4 x €1,000 Topline voucher for room refresh project
100 x €25 Topline vouchers towards paint projects
Winning vouchers can only be used in participating stores. See schedule one for full list of participating stores.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
There is no cash alternative, and prizes may not be exchanged or transferred except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected based on the judging criteria outlined in the Current Promotion Details.
In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher score for originality will be deemed the winner. If a tie still remains, the judging panel will determine the winner based on overall merit.
Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the promotion closing date.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in the prize being reallocated to another entrant.
If, in the opinion of the Promoter, entries do not meet a sufficient standard, the Promoter reserves the right not to award some or all prizes. If, in the opinion of the Promoter, entries do not meet a sufficient standard, the Promoter reserves the right not to award some or all prizes.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize Acceptance and Usage
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.
By accepting a prize, winners grant the Promoter permission to use their name and photo for promotional purposes, including on social media and promotional websites.
8. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify all entries and supporting documentation
Disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions
Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
The Promoter, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and associated agencies are not responsible for technical errors, omissions, or issues arising from participation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
10.Privacy
Topline respects your right to privacy and will use your personal information only for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the promotion and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without consent.
You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by contacting the Promoter.
By opting in to receive communications, you are giving permission to be contacted with news, offers, and updates relating to Topline. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided.
